Galvanized TOE Pipe Nipple Description
A TOE pipe nipple (welding nipple) is a nipple of thread on one end and has a male thread on one side and a weld end on the other side, which is used as another method of connecting tube fittings. These welding nipples are suitable for use under extreme conditions of vibration, pressure surges, and temperature changes.
Used to obtain a threaded connection on the end of standard scheduled pipe sizes rather than O.D. tube sizes, so that NPT pipe threaded fittings may be attached.
The advantage of welding nipples is that once the unthreaded end is connected, you can connect pipes or other fittings to the threaded end more easily.

3. Galvanizing can increase the corrosion resistance of the steel pipe nipple and prolong the service life;
