Stainless Steel Reducing Hex Nipple Description:
Class 150 stainless steel 304 & 316 cast pipe fittings. Features male National Pipe Taper (NPT) threads for closing the end of a female threaded pipe. Reducing hex nipples connect with female pipes or fittings and connects with one larger and one smaller size NPT thread. NPT threads create a tighter seal than straight threads. The hexagon allows for increased leverage and uses with a wrench during installation and disassembly.
- Material: The reducing hex nipple is made of 304 or 316 stainless steel, which is extremely corrosion-resistant.
- Structure: 1 1/4″ NPT Male x 1″ NPT Male, reducing hex nipple for connecting two threaded pipes or fittings with different diameters.
- Thread standard: NPT threads on pipe fittings conform to ASME B1.20.1.
- Application: Widely used in industrial and daily life pipeline connections, such as air pipe, fuel pipe, water pipe, etc.
- Customizable: Can be customized according to drawings and samples or customer requirements.
